Comment: Went kayaking with Tanaz on 9th Sep 2012 and boy, was it awesome! It was the most peaceful feeling to be afloat in the kayak in the blue-green waters of Havelock, among the mangroves, and total silence except for birdcalls..words are inadequate to describe the experience. I strongly recommend this activity to anybody going for a good time to the Andamans. And dont be fooled by Tanaz's petite frame!! She is a very experienced kayaker (if there is such a word!!), and a very good instructor. My friend and I had no problems maneouvering the kayak, though it was our first time ever! And a great way to snorkel too.

Comment: Hi, We had a fabulous experience kayaking with Tanaz at Havelock Island. We were a group of 8 people (4 couples) who were kayaking for the first time. Some of us were not comfortable in the water and didn't know swimming so there was some fear. Tanaz was extremely patient calmly explaining all the details. The weather wasn't great and we had to wait a bit for the rain to subside. She kept us updated on the weather as we were on the other side of the island. We had initially scheduled a kayaking and snorkelling session but had to change it to the mangrove tour due to poor under water visibility. And boy were we glad. It is just something else when u realise you are kayaking in the open sea. And it was possible due to Tanaz's expert knowledge and we were actually able to take solo kayaks. The equipment is fantastic and almost new. Paddles are in really good shape as well. She explained the paddling techniques, forward, back, turning... And we were on our way. The weather was cool with a light drizzle. We probably didn't explore as much of the mangroves as we should have but nevertheless it was a great 2 hours on the water. A definite must do when you are in Havelock, Suneel & Sindu.

Comment: My first intent to stay at Mrs.Noble's home was just meant to be a stopover in Port Blair to catch up on the morning flight back to Chennai after spending a couple of days diving in Havelock. To be honest, staying there was like a home away from home and Mrs Noble’s hospitality made me feel like an extended family member than just a guest. I also loved the ambience of their modified terrace. It has such a calming effect on the mind and is a great place to relax, sip a cup of coffee and to read a book. There is more to the Andamans than just diving and sightseeing. The bubbly and energetic Ms. Tanaz Noble (Mrs. Noble’s daughter) who is a certified Kayak instructor also manages Kayaking trips in the Andamans. Unfortunately I missed the kayaking due to Monsoon rains but Tanaz promised that next time around she will have an established base in Havelock. I’m eagerly looking forward to spend more time on my next visit.

Comment: I try and visit havelock to dive as frequent as possible. Love the place since my first visit last year. And apart from diving the mangrove tours conducted by Tanaz is the best. She has enough experience behind the kayak. While you will be sweating it out Tanaz still has a million dollar smile all though out. On my way back had the pleasure of staying at a homestay run by Dinaz noble. But for me it was home. I have travelled a fare bit and stayed in all kinds of hotels, motels, lodges etc. But this is definitely the best experience I had. The food was great but more than anything. Dinaz is a very warm and nice person. The rooms are clean and it's not at all expensive. I would recommend this place anyday. Thankyou Dinaz and thankyou Tanaz. Will be back soon...

Comment: the homestay was as lovely as mam n tanaz. the food was far from being called delicious, i mean it was finger smacking...if there was a word for that. tanaz is a thorough professional when it comes to kayaking, and she is one of the best instructors i have ever seen in water sports. the cost of honmestay and the kayaks tour are very modestly charged to fit in every tourist and family holidays requirement. from my side -> a must stay and a great sport from the best instructors

Comment: After 4 days of continuous diving, we decided to take a break and explore the beautiful island of Havelock. The first thing we thought of was exploring the mangroves. And what better way than kayaking in the open sea. That’s when we called Tanaz (It’s very easy to find her – ask anyone on the island about her or kayaking and you will get the details). We started early in the morning, and next couple of hours were just awesome. Tanaz turned out to be an excellent instructor and great company. The equipment's were new and in great shape. Tanaz knows the weather, mangroves and the sea very well and we always felt comfortable around her. Easily one of the ‘must dos” when you are at Havelock. Thanks Tanaz for the great time...will see you soon :)
